It's pretty simple. High quality ingredients and well balanced flavors. That's what we strive for in all of our pizzas. Add the 800 degree oven and the result is spectacular!
We source our ingredients locally whenever possible and any imported ingredients are of the highest quality. Simple but delicious!

Our Catering Packages include your choice of four different pizzas. We recommend that you make your selections from our "TRIED AND TRUE" specialty pizzas below, but we can include any type of pizza that you'd like to have at your event!
Rosemary Apricot
Our signature pizza! Apricot Preserve, Mozzarella, Gorgonzola, and Fresh Rosemary.
Four Cheese
Everything you love about a "plain" cheese pizza!
Pepperoni
Keep it simple with this people pleaser.
Margherita
Red Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, Sea Salt, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Date Night
Mozzarella, Ricotta, Freshly Diced Garlic, Garlic Infused Olive Oil, and Cracked Black Pepper.
Sweet Buffalo
Chicken (marinated in a sweet buffalo sauce), Mozzarella, and Gorgonzola.
Hot Lips
Red Sauce, Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Ricotta, and finished with a drizzle of Mike's Hot Honey.
The Veggie
Ricotta, thin sliced onions and peppers, roasted squash and broccoli topped with melty cheese.
BBQ Chicken
Chicken, Bacon, Onion, Mozzarella and BBQ Sauce.
Spinach Chorizo
